These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 700jl online casino platform located at https://700jl.cam (the "Site" or "Platform"), including all games, services, features, and content provided by 700jl ("we," "us," "our," or "700jl"). By registering an account, accessing the Site, or using any of our services, you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Definitions

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use 700jl, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your account. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity occurring under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 700jl immediately via live chat or email.

3.4 Identity Verification

700jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide such documents within a reasonable timeframe when requested. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Funds

4.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your 700jl Account using any of the payment methods available on the Site, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise stated. All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your account. You represent and warrant that all funds you deposit are yours, obtained legally, and not derived from illegal or fraudulent activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully verified; (b) any applicable wagering requirements must be met; (c) no bonus abuse or terms violations have occurred; and (d) you must withdraw via the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise approved by 700jl.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash withdrawals typically process within 5–15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers process within 24–48 hours. 700jl reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct additional security checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests.

4.3 Fees

700jl does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a different currency, your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

700jl offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. For example, a ₱100 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ₱3,000 in total bets before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute less or not at all. Maximum bet limits apply when playing with bonus funds, typically ₱100 per spin or hand unless otherwise stated. Exceeding the maximum bet may void the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting with other players, low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any form of arbitrage or advantage play. 700jl reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse winnings, and close accounts suspected of bonus abuse.

5.5 Modification and Cancellation

700jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We may also exclude certain players from promotions at our discretion.

6. Gameplay and Betting

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on 700jl has specific rules governing gameplay, payouts, and winning combinations. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. Game rules are accessible within each game's information or help section.

6.2 Bets and Wagers

All bets placed are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed. In the event of a technical error or game malfunction, 700jl reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount. You agree that your use of the games is at your own risk. 700jl makes no guarantees regarding winnings or outcomes.

6.3 Random Number Generators

All games on 700jl use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results cannot be manipulated by 700jl or any third party. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent the theoretical long-term payout percentage.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a game error, malfunction, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 700jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund all bets placed. If a game displays incorrect information (incorrect odds, payout amounts, or game rules), any bets placed based on that incorrect information may be voided.

7. Prohibited Activities

7.1 Fraudulent Activity

Any fraudulent activity including but not limited to using stolen credit cards, false identity documents, or engaging in money laundering is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

7.2 Collusion and Cheating

Collusion with other players, chip dumping, and any form of cheating or manipulation is prohibited. This includes the use of software, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage. All gameplay must be conducted manually by individual human players.

7.3 Abuse of the Platform

You may not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, reverse engineer any software, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or engage in any activity that could harm 700jl or its users. Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, hacking attempts, and similar activities are strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

7.4 Multiple Accounts

Each player is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or engage in fraudulent activity is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and any balances forfeited.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Our Right to Suspend or Terminate

700jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for suspension or termination may include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, providing false information, chargebacks or payment disputes, or any activity that 700jl deems harmful to the integrity of the platform.

8.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Site and all services will be immediately revoked. Any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that no terms violations have occurred and all withdrawal conditions are met. If your account is terminated for fraud, bonus abuse, or other violations, 700jl reserves the right to forfeit your account balance.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to self-exclude from 700jl for responsible gaming reasons, you may contact customer support to request temporary or permanent account closure. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period. We will honor your self-exclusion request without delay.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 700jl, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it. Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the amount you have deposited into your 700jl account during the six months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 700jl regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without our written consent. 700jl may assign or transfer these Terms or delegate any of its obligations without restriction.

13.5 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users via email or a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of 700jl after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
